We are receiving many responses to the error in the automatic deduction of the February rent, which was prepared for everyone to pay on January the 26th. Very unpleasant of course. We first tried to reverse this with the bank. When it turned out that this was not possible, we immediately sent an e-mail to or called the tenants who could experience the most inconvenience from this fault.
In addition to information on the website and our social media channels, we formed a call-team and ensured that tenants could also receive information about this during the weekend. Next to angry reactions, we also receive many understanding reactions. We are sorry that tenants are experiencing problems or unrest as a result.
