We ontvangen veel reacties op de fout bij de automatische afschrijving van de huur van februari, die bij iedereen op 26 januari is klaargezet voor betaling. Heel vervelend natuurlijk, daarom hebben we eerst geprobeerd de betaling te stoppen. Toen bleek dat dit niet kon, stuurden we huurders die hiervan de meeste hinder kunnen ondervinden direct een mail of we belden ze op.

Naast informatie op de website en onze sociale media kanalen maakten we een belteam en zorgden we dat huurders ook in het weekend informatie konden krijgen over wat ze hieraan kunnen doen. Naast boze reacties krijgen we ook veel begripvolle reacties. Het spijt ons dat huurders hierdoor problemen of onrust ervaren.   

We vragen de huurders die hierdoor nog problemen hebben contact met ons te nemen via ons gratis nummer 0800 - 0317 (keuze 2). Dan kunnen we bij problemen helpen.

We are receiving many responses to the error in the automatic deduction of the February rent, which was prepared for everyone to pay on January the 26th. Very unpleasant of course. We first tried to reverse this with the bank. When it turned out that this was not possible, we immediately sent an e-mail to or called the tenants who could experience the most inconvenience from this fault. In addition to information on the website and our social media channels, we formed a call-team and ensured that tenants could also receive information about this during the weekend. Next to angry reactions, we also receive many understanding reactions. We are sorry that tenants are experiencing problems or unrest as a result.
